Although we hope everyone is satisfied with their jewelry pieces, if you are not completely satisfied you may return the item within 10 days of receiving it for EXCHANGE ONLY (exchanges only accepted for an item of the same price). Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or store credit at this time. The item must be in its original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. Shipping & handling charges are nonrefundable.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
